  • Expression of interest does not replace the enrolment and is not enough to guarantee a place. For this reason it is necessary to complete the enrolment form you will find at griekse-les.nl or under the course of your choice.2. Enrolment
  • You can register by completing and sending the special form you will find at griekse-les.nl or under the course of your choice. After sending the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • New enrolments can be made until the beginning of a course. Places cannot be reserved without payment.
  • If for any reason you want to enrol but start later, please Contact us before you send your enrolment form.
  • As a rule, Lato tries to offer all the group courses listed in the program, even if the number of participants is not enough. Sometimes though, this is not possible. In such a case you will be informed about the available options.

           3. Payment

  • Course fees quoted by Lato do not include course materials, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Course fees are stated on Lato’s annual program and additionally on the enrolment form.
  • Course fees are paid in advance, preferably up to one week before the starting date, but latest at the starting date of a course.
  • Payment in parts is an option only for annually courses and only after agreement with Lato. In this case, you can make use of the enrolment form and choose Other in the drop off list.
  • For Private or Semi-private lessons, from the beginning there is an arrangement and the payment takes place the way it is described there.
  • Payment is made online, through the payment options you will find in the form or in cash. In order to use the cash option, please contact us and arrange your enrolment through an e-mail.
  • Does your employer pay your course fee? In this case, we can send an invoice directly to him/her. You must provide us with written permission from him/her and also his/her invoicing address and details.
  • If you do not have written permission from your employer when you make your enrolment, you need to pay the course fee yourself and then to provide your employer with the official invoice, in order to reimburse you

    4. Conditions of Cancellation and refunds

    A. Cancellation by a participant.

  • Only written cancellations through the Contact Us form can be accepted.
